Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use the InstoreX website and the publicly available product demonstration.
Last updated:
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the website at instorex.co and of the interactive product demonstration at app.instorex.co, together the "Site". By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
Paid use of the InstoreX service by a business customer is governed by a separate written agreement with that customer. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.
2. Who operates the Site
The Site is operated by InstoreX, contactable at hello@instorex.co.
3. The product demonstration is a demonstration
The interactive demonstration exists to show how the product works. The conversations, scores, names, stores and figures it displays are illustrative sample data. They are not real customer conversations, not real people, and not a representation of results you will achieve.
Do not enter real personal data, real recordings, confidential information or credentials belonging to anyone else into the demonstration. It is not a production environment, and we give no undertaking to retain, protect or return anything entered into it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in breach of any applicable law, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system or data;
- probe, scan, overload, disrupt or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure;
- scrape or systematically extract the Site's content by automated means, other than by a search engine obeying our robots directives;
- submit another person's details through the demo request form without their authority, or submit details you know to be false;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any part of the service beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
We may suspend or block access to the Site where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of this section.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, design, graphics, logos and software are owned by InstoreX or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view the Site, and print or download extracts for your own internal evaluation of the service. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
The InstoreX name and logo are our trade marks. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to use them.
6. Availability
The Site is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimers
The Site's content is provided for general information about the service. It is not advice — legal, regulatory, commercial or otherwise — and must not be relied on as such. In particular, statements about recording conversations, consent and data protection describe how we have built the product; they are not a determination of what the law requires of you in your jurisdiction, and you remain responsible for obtaining your own advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights.
9. Links to other sites
Where the Site links to a site we do not control, the link is for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for that site's content or its handling of your data.
10. Privacy and accessibility
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Our accessibility commitment, the standard we build to, and how to report a barrier are described in the Accessibility Statement. Both form part of your use of the Site.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your local law.
